Privacy — Webinar Feedback Analyser

Your survey data stays on your device. Webinar Feedback Analyser reads, analyses and reports on selected CSV/Excel files inside your web browser. The application does not upload the selected feedback dataset to Sadler Studios or to an analysis server.

How the app works

The app is delivered as an installable Progressive Web App (PWA). On first use, the application files can be cached on your device so the analyser can continue to work without an internet connection. When you select a CSV, XLSX or XLSM file, the browser reads that file locally and the analysis is performed on the device.

Survey data

Survey files, individual responses, free-text comments, calculated metrics and generated reports are not intentionally transmitted to Sadler Studios by the application. The source dataset is held only in the current browser/app session unless you separately save or share the original file yourself.

Reports and ZIP packages are generated locally and are downloaded to a location controlled by you.

Local settings

The app uses browser local storage to remember application preferences and Survey Designer configurations, including appearance, plot preferences and the interpretation of survey column headings. These settings do not contain the full survey dataset and remain on the device/browser profile unless you clear site data.

Offline cache

The PWA service worker caches the application's own HTML, JavaScript, styling, icons and bundled demo file so the software can open offline. It does not deliberately add your selected survey files or generated reports to that application cache.

Website access logs

The web server or hosting provider may maintain ordinary technical access logs when you visit or update the app, for example an IP address, browser information, requested static files and timestamps. Those requests deliver the application itself; your selected survey spreadsheet is not included in them.

Tracking and advertising

The application contains no advertising, behavioural tracking or developer-operated analytics/telemetry.

Personal information inside feedback files

Feedback exports may contain names, email addresses, professional roles or identifiable free-text comments. The analyser treats common identifier columns as private/excluded by default where recognised, but users remain responsible for reviewing the Survey Designer and for handling source files and exports in accordance with their organisation's requirements.
