Ownership
The application, its original interface, source code, analysis logic, documentation and original visual assets are proprietary works of Sadler Studios except where third-party components are identified separately.
Permitted use
You may use the hosted application for its intended purpose of analysing feedback and survey data. You may install the progressive web app on supported devices and generate reports for your own lawful use.
Restrictions
Except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise, you may not copy, redistribute, republish, sell, sublicense, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer or use the application or its proprietary analysis logic to create a derivative competing product without written permission from Sadler Studios.
Your data
Survey files are processed locally on your device by the application and are not uploaded to Sadler Studios by the analysis workflow. You remain responsible for ensuring that you are entitled to process the data you open and for handling any exported reports appropriately.
No clinical or professional advice
This application is a data-analysis utility. Its outputs should be reviewed by the user and do not replace professional judgement.
Third-party components
Third-party software components remain subject to their respective licences. Nothing in these terms claims ownership of third-party intellectual property.
